Jan Bygstad is pastor in DELK’s congregations in Håkonsund and Bergen. He is a widely used preacher and author of several books. He is central in the Norwegian confessional movement and is currently president of Northern European Luther Academy

James Arne Nestingen

Pastor and retired professor
James Arne Nestingen is retired professor of Church History from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota. He has for many years served as a pastor in Canada and the US and has been a presenter in a wide range of settings. He is author and editor of several books. Nestingen is of Norwegian decent.

John T. Pless

Pastor and assistant professor
John T. Pless is assistant professor of pastoral ministry and missions at Concordia Theological Seminary of Fort Wayne, IN. He is an active lecturer both in the United States and overseas. Pless has also served as a campus pastor for 17 years

Peter Olsen

Peter Olsen is external lecturer in systematic theology at Danish Bible Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark and bible teacher at Lutheran Mission’s University High School in Hillerød.

Steven D. Paulson

Pastor and professor
Steven D. Paulson is professor of systematic theology at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota. He is an ordained pastor, has been a presenter in a wide range of settings and is author and editor of several books. He has also several years of experience as psychiatric counsellor. Paulson is of Norwegian decent.

Olav Rørtveit

Teacher and pastor
Olav Rørtveit has taught in secondary school and folk high school. He has also taught at Bildøy Bible School and been traveling preacher for a Norwegian home mission organization. For a time he has also been pastor in Church of Norway. Olav has a big interest in traveling in the apostles’ (especially Paul’s) footsteps in Greece and Turkey.

Arne Helge Teigen

Associate professor
Arne Helge Teigen is associate professor at Fjellhaug International University High School, teaching systematic theology. He has previously served at Norwegian Lutheran Mission’s schools and is the author of several books. Teigen has been a missionary to Peru, lecturing at Seminario Teológico Lutherano Andino, in Arequipa.

Brady Finnern

Brady Finnern is pastor at Messiah Lutheran Church, Sartell, Minnesota. He graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis in 2006 and has previously worked for LCMS World Relief. He is married to Amy and has four children. Finnern is also an athletics coach and is of Norwegian decent, enjoying good lefse.
